Simply Amalfi is a trading name of AMALFI COAST CAPRI POMPEI TOUR SERVICE – Società Cooperativa, VAT ID IT05547610658, with registered office at Via Vittorio Veneto 105, 80030 Brusciano (NA), Italy (hereinafter referred to as “Simply Amalfi” or the “Company”).
Booking and Contract Formation
Services offered by Simply Amalfi can be requested through our website or via the official contactchannels provided.
To ensure proper organization and availability, bookings are accepted only for services scheduled atleast 48 hours after the time of the request.
For last-minute requests, Customers may contact us via email at info@simplyamalfi.com, throughthe contact form available on our website, or by phone at +39 393 157 9751. Availability in suchcases is not guaranteed.
Upon submitting a booking request, the Customer will receive a confirmation email with allrelevant service details. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the information carefully and report any inaccuracies promptly.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of both the required deposit and an official confirmation from Simply Amalfi.
Until such confirmation is provided, availability of the requested service is not guaranteed.
Simply Amalfi reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its discretion. In the event that a booking cannot be confirmed, any amount paid will be fully refunded.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, and we always strive to offer flexibility wheneverpossible.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply:
Inclusions and Exclusions
All services include a private vehicle with driver, fuel, parking fees, tolls (where applicable), and any costs directly related to transportation.
Rates do not include meals, entrance fees to museums, archaeological sites, churches, or villa gardens, personal expenses, gratuities, or any additional services not explicitly stated as included.

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following conditions will apply:
EXTRA HOURS
Any additional time beyond the agreed duration of the service will be subject to an extra charge of €70 per hour.
Third-Party Services and Boat Tours
Some experiences offered by Simply Amalfi, including private boat tours and other complementaryservices, may be operated by carefully selected third-party providers with whom we haveestablished trusted relationships for over 20 years.
Even when services are carried out by external partners, Simply Amalfi remains fully responsiblefor the organization, coordination, and overall quality of the experience provided to the Customer.
We carefully select our partners to ensure they meet the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and reliability. All services are performed by licensed and authorized operators, and weremain the sole point of contact for our clients throughout the entire service.
In the case of boat tours, all services are subject to weather and sea conditions. For safety reasons, Simply Amalfi reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the service.
In such circumstances, we will always do our best to offer suitable alternatives or reschedule the experience whenever possible.
Responsibility and Liability
Simply Amalfi is committed to providing all services with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond ourcontrol, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, accidents, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
For tours and excursions, in the case of delays caused by the Customer (including late arrival at the meeting point), the duration of the service will not be extended, and the service will end at the originally agreed time.
For airport, port, or train station pick-ups, we monitor arrival times whenever possible. However, in the event of significant delays, Simply Amalfi reserves the right to reschedule or adjust the service based on availability.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Simply Amalfi shall not be held liable for loss or damage to luggage or personal items unless directly caused by provennegligence.
All services are subject to local regulations, traffic restrictions, and access limitations (such as ZTL areas or pedestrian zones), which may affect the itinerary or timing of the service.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
Customers are required to respect the agreed meeting time and location, as well as any instructionsprovided prior to or during the service.
All passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the duration of the service.
Simply Amalfi reserves the right to terminate the service without refund in case of inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
The Customer shall be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, equipment, or personnel due to negligence or misconduct.
Final Provisions
Simply Amalfi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Anychanges will be effective from the moment they are published on the website.
If the Customer qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, they will benefit from all mandatoryrights provided by relevant consumer protection regulations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Nola (Italy).
