Discover Sorrento and The Peninsula Sorrentina

• The first village on our adventure will be Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, named for its domination of the gulfs of both Naples and Salerno.
  Here you can admire the vast and poignant panorama which has, on one side, the city of Sorrento seen from above with the Gulf of Naples in all its splendor and on the other side, Gulf of Salerno and the Amalfi Coast.
• Then, you’ll see Massa Lubrense, a wild and beautiful stretch of coast that developers have, so far at least, left untouched. The Amalfi Coast must have been a bit like this before the crowds: tiny beaches and coves folded into rugged cliffs; terraced hillsides planted with olive groves, citrus orchards and neat kitchen gardens. Of one the highlights of the day for sure would be the drive out to ”Annunziata”, the closest point of the Peninsula Sorrentina to the island of Capri that provides a breathtaking view that you willnever forget.
• Sorrento: Wander through Piazza Tasso and you’ll experience one of Italy’s finer passeggiatas (strolls).
  Head to the surrounding alleys and browse through the boutiques where you’ll find artisan made ceramics and inlaid woodwork.
  Reach the lovely park with manicured flowers and gardens, known for stunning views over the Bay of Naples with Mount Vesuvius in the background.
  Enjoy a phenomenal artisanal gelato or a shot of ice-cold limoncello(or both… why not?)
• Lunch: If your Amalfi Coast vacation revolves around eating amazing Italian food, this is your spot.
  Try atraditional Sorrento Dish like Gnocchi alla Sorrentina.
  Seafood lovers will be fully satisfied by the various local dishes. Local “pizza”, bruschetta, mozzarella…wine, limoncello…you’ll love it!
