It depends. In some situations, even with cloudy skies or light rain, the tour can still take place if the sea conditions are calm. On other occasions, it may be sunny but the sea is rough or the wind strong, creating unsafe conditions for a boat tour.
For us, the key factor is the state of the sea, not the weather forecast. Your safety is our top priority, and we will never take risks. If we determine that conditions are unsafe, the tour may be cancelled, even on the day of the excursion.
Whenever possible, we will reschedule your tour for another day, based on both our availability and yours.
Absolutely. If we determine that the tour cannot safely take place due to sea conditions and it cannot be rescheduled, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Your safety is our top priority, so we never take risks with adverse conditions. For cancellations due to other reasons, the deposit is non-refundable, as stated at booking.
